Before the corresponding Section of the Advertising Jury, against an advertisement aired by an advertiser*.

Non-Members: 3.105 € (IVA not included). Subject to agreements.

OPINION PROCEEDINGS:

According to article 46. 3.c) of the Rules of AUTOCONTROL. (In case the Jury should refrain from issuing a ruling).

APPELS PROCEDURE HANDLING:

Before the Plenary Session of the Jury against the rulings of the Sections*.

Non-Members: 2.335 € (VAT not included). Subject to agreements.

APPEAL BEFORE THE JURY AGAINTS A COPY ADVICE® CONTENT:

Members: 272 € (VAT not included)
Non-Members: 850 € (VAT not included)

EXTRAJUDICIAL DISPUTE SETTLEMENT:

Over allocated «.es» dominions.
Rate established by Red.es: 1.400 € (VAT not included).

Arbitration: adjudication on claims submitted by both parties in conflict under the Arbitration Law.

Members: 50% of the established arbitration fee by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.

Non-Members : The established arbitration fee by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.

MEDIATIONS:

To resolve a claim without the Jury’s intervention.

Non-Members: 1.575 € (VAT not included). Each party will settle its own share.

Excluding the cases included in Sectoral Agreements, to which will be applied what is foreseen in them.
